  • Lori, a rental agent, had the maintenance man Steve enter my apartment without my permission to fix a problem that didn't exist. I only found out because he left a fraudulent work order saying he completed the repairs in my bathroom. I have lived here 3 weeks and my home has already been trespassed because Lori's fat fingers sent the maintenance man to the WRONG APARTMENT. I FEEL VIOLATED.
