  • The Ahwatukee Best Buy lacks good service. It feels like every time I visit just to browse I'm inundated with pushy sales people but when I show up ready to buy, there's no one to be found. It's pretty frustrating, especially when you have cash and are ready to spend money. The store itself is your typical BB with all the departments you'd expect. The return desk is slow and they always seem uninterested in your dilemma. Security always stares you down after your purchase, as if you're hiding something in your jacket. Don't forget to check BB.com as the stores price match (you'd be surprised how often the online price is cheaper). The movie and music selection is pretty limited to new releases and highly popular titles and artisits, but I guess that's to be expected now with cloud service and digital downloads.
