This is a cute little bouldering gym in the heart of Tremont. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming which was cool. They started asking us (two not so great boulderers) our opinion on their upcoming merch so it was neat since we were basically total strangers and they wanted our opinion.
I like that the routes are color coordinated by grade / difficulty- makes it very easy to scout one out from afar. They have a traversing wall in the basement which is a nice feature because I've never actually traversed anything since usually there are people over your head or trying to climb that route. I definitely struggled on the yellow (aka "easiest") routes so I could see me having lots of room to grow here. I'm not sure how this would change if I was a more experienced climber so if that's you take my review with a grain of salt!
They do offer an intro class that we took if you've never bouldered but it's not necessary per se. They also offer yoga and apparently added blues dancing so it seems like they like to liven up their offerings. They also had a members only rooftop potluck which seems like it would be awesome (insert fomo jealousy).
Downsides are it's small and I wish they offered a punch pass option. If you're from a larger city with more options and larger gyms this likely wouldn't be a 5-star place to you, but for being the only bouldering gym in Cleveland proper it is very nice and I think they make up for it with personality and trying to add fresh extra non-climbing things. My schedule is too prohibitive to make a membership worth while but I would definitely come more often if they had a punch pass .... that would maybe allow me come to the rooftop potluck (please please pleaaaaaaaase!?!)
