We bought a home in March that had no finished yard and Bloom did both the design and install on a fairly large project. Dolphin pools built the pool.
What bloom did well: A beautiful design. Their landscape architect (who doubles as their sales guy) is really knowledgeable and has a great eye. They also have excellent installers/crews. These guys get out and get it done, when the company manages to get them booked. Now that it's finally done... it's beautiful. If that weren't the case I'd give them one star.
What they didn't do well: Their project planning and management was horrible. They were constantly behind. There would be days at a time, when someone should ahve been working ( at one point more than a week) when no one would be on the job. At the very beginning of the job when they were supposed to be starting I called to ask where they were and they'd never even pulled a permit. They made excuses constantly for being behind and flat out lied at one point.
As long as you are happy with them, they are probably good. But they don't respond well or respond at all to complaints. It was bad enough we were telling the pool builder we wanted them fired and we never, not one time during the entire project got a call from the owner even after we called and asked him to call.
Our project, pool and landscaping was booked the end of March and not complete until near the end of July.
