Chipped my polish on my pointer fingers while traveling to Wisconsin from San Diego called for a next day appointment and they were very accommodating. But when I arrived to my appt (15 mins early) they were pushy about picking a color and I was inquiring about gel color vs dip (as I'm from California and had never heard of dip) they couldn't explain the difference and were pushy about getting the higher priced service. I stuck with my normal gel color despite the pressure. I had long beautiful nails (just chipped) polish when I went in. I asked for the EXACT SAME SHAPE square with slightly rounded edges. We discussed shortening about half of the length of my nail. She gave me NUBS nails down to my finger tip completely rounded, when I kept trying to tell her that's not what I wanted, she just ignored me, completely disappointing from start to finish. If you are used to amazing full service gel nails elsewhere stay away from here! I walked out with polish uneven on my cuticle so it will be peeling off. An uneven broken nail (which once I left noticed in my car and went back in) and nubs with uneven rounded shapes! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the manager (after filing my broken nail) gave me a refund, and I'm not completely mean maybe I just have higher expectations given the Hugh quality service I've been getting at the same price in California for years. But this really is an in and out shop, no frills, no hand lotion/massage, no cuticle trim, and nail shape forget about it! Better luck elsewhere :(
