  • Was at this Starbucks a couple times a day while staying on Fremont street. I had to do some school work one night and wanted a Caramel macchiato with 2 extra shots of espresso. The manager there, Dawn, was extremely rude. Every time. The first night, when I ordered that drink she asked me if I knew which had more caffeine: espresso, coffee or black tea. I replied with no I didn't. She said black tea and then continued to get me to change my drink order. I said I'm just going to have my Caramel macchiato with 2 extra shots. She still continued to try to get me to change my order. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had told her I was a Starbucks employee (no longer am) and this was the time around where we were discontinuing the vanilla and hazelnut macchiato. I had forgot about that we were getting rid of it when she mentioned it, and she rudely replied asking "didn't I get the memo" in the most rude tone you could imagine. I have never encountered an employee this rude, or an employee who has tried to change my drink order completely. Absolutely ridiculous. Next time I am on Fremont street, I will not be visiting this Starbucks if she is still working there.
