  • Whole complex went to paperless payment and now charges $30-$46 to pay with debit card or you can use money gram which is a $3.99 charge and you have to go to a Walmart or CVS to pay via electronic money order. Police are constantly at the complex every weekend due to some sort of domestic dispute. The security gates are always broken and the remotes to use them rarely ever work. Many nights people wander up and down the covered parking and look inside the cars, my neighbor called the police and had them arrested. The leasing office is rarely ever staffed, and when they are the staff are rude (update: they hired new management and the aforementioned staff no longer work there). Mail system is horrid and they only use Parcel Pending which you are charged an initial fee to use. The maintenance personnel have no idea what they are doing and the appliances are subpar. The doors and cabinet doors are hung uneven and my husband and I found water damage next to the tub that they covered up with some spackle and paint (it ended up moldy and the only way we found it was when we started wheezing and were forced to find the source). Upon further inspection they did not use correct materials (greenboard) around the tub/shower when building, they used regular drywall. The windows are drafty as well. I could really go on, but I won't... The only reason my husband and I are staying one more year is because moving is too taxing and expensive to live elsewhere. If you are looking for a great place to live that has great square footage and wonderful living arrangements- don't move here.... Move to The Wyngate at Sycamore Farms I wish I would have never left.
