  • Very, very disappointed!....after management changed about a year ago the service and quality has been sliding continuously...I spoke to their head office and John Rowe personally when he was "visiting" personally and found that their business model seems more important than the quality of the meat they sell to their loyal customers... What broke my camels back was the air chilled chicken I purchased for a dinner date(that loves chicken), only to find that it was rotten so badly that the stink made us both gag as soon as I opened the two packages(within the best before date)! I can het a perfectly edible chicken any day of the year at no frills and pay less than half! I have supported this store enthusiastically since they opened in the hood and cant help but feel very, very disappointed!
