  • Service and restaurant was great . Very easy to order and cool concept or putting meat on butcher paper and serving in soda holder bin . The meat I got was misuse brisket - good flavor and tender . Jalapeño sausage - fantastic . Pork ribs - lacked flavor and salty almost Brine tasting . BBQ sauces on table lacked flavor as well.
