  • Absolutely the worst service at any pool I have been to , service was terrible, drinks only took 1 hour, ordered food which also took 1 hour and was served to a neighbor, asked for the bill to get going and 1 hour later had to talk to a manager who was willing to comp a portion of the bill , paid the whole tab and rolled out we are at the M resort to gamble and vacation for 1 week and won't drop 1 more dime here service is shit! Nice rooms if you don't mind zero service. Will not return
