  • I truly don't understand some of these 1 star reviews. I placed two orders in the past three days from NYC and both times my items shipped the same day, like less than an hour after purchasing, which is unheard of to me. I shop online a lot and Ssense is by far the speediest retailer I've used besides Zappos. I was also really impressed with the DHL service they use, and I especially liked that I could waive the signature requirement online. My items came the very next day after ordering even though the service quoted me two business days. The shoe box was ripped and one of the tags was detached, but overall very happy with service from Ssense and will definitely shop again!
