  • Totally rude front office staff. I called on the ref of my OBGYN who is located 2 floors up. I wanted to find out if they took my insurance and if I could get an appointment. I was told I could look online to find out about the insurance and that they aren't taking any new patients until late May. The woman was totally short on the phone and very rude. Seemed unwilling to even attempt to assist me in any way. I hung up and threw their business card in the trash. Take your body elsewhere is what I would recommend.
