  • As I sit in the lobby and am being told that they have no cars for me (given that I already made a reservation) I now understand why this place has such bad reviews. I'm told it's my fault because I made the reservation"only" two days ago. They seem extremely unsympathetic to the fact I just had someone drop me off here and will now need to pay for an Uber to drop me off at another car rental place. This place sucks.
