  • I came in for a soak off of gel polish from my natural nails. I explained to this guy that my fingers were sensitive and I was ok with just soaking for an hour like he said since the girls were getting manicures too. I said it hurt he laughed and said I'm just scared. Strike 1&2 moving on...Why the hell do I pay for a manicure on my natural nails and get a shit show? I won't ever go back. I asked for a manicure the polish was chunky I stated I could change colors the guy said no it will get better???? How if it's lumpy and so he thins it out with nail polish remover ok fine but this is not what I wanted (chunky nails... when I brought this up to him he brushed me off like I didn't know this shit was chunky and I don't have chunky finger nails. If my daughter wasn't with me I would have lost my mind in this place since they refused to fix what I stated was chunky nail polish from the first coat. Smh avoid this place like the plague. However you get what you pay for cheap service cheap polish.
