  • The first time I had Maid Brigade come out they did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of this. This is because for first time clean they send out an area supervisor who is up on of her game. From that point forward, they send out cleaning crews who do mediocre jobs in an unreasonable time frame. I have a very small house built in 1925, the main areas that require cleaning are the two bathrooms, and kitchen. The other areas just have to be swiped and dusted (all hardwood). It's a very small footprint home. The final straw that broke the camels back is when they failed to show up and claimed they couldn't get in, yet for the past several months they had been using a key I provided. They came back a few days later, but missed the entire master bedroom and bathroom at is 50% of the cleaning job. They claimed it took two people 1 hour and 45 minutes to clean a kitchen, and a bathroom. As topper, I discovered they had been putting all the trash on the side of the house and not the garbage bin. I would not recommend using Maid Brigade and here is why. 1. They are expensive and do mediocre job. 2. They send out a new crew every time they clean your house, adding to the time it takes to clean. 3. They have no accountability to time 4. Since they send out a new crew, you keep having to tell them how to do things.
