| - I love this shop.
First off, let me start by saying this cute little boba place located in the Mekong Plaza is just adorable. It's a great size -- not too big, not too small. The atmosphere is nothing special, but it's a nice place to sit and relax after a good lunch in the plaza or a grocery shop.
The staff is SO friendly. I have been here a couple of times now and every time I go the staff is friendly, kind, helpful, down to earth, and amazing at their job. I have NOTHING bad to say about any of the staff and today when I went and my tea was accidentally made wrong, they fixed the problem right away without being rude or seeming annoyed about it. I'm so pleased with how I'm treated every time I come here and I really appreciate a business that has great employees.
Now, to the most important part of the review: How are their drinks, really? A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I've had a lot of bubble tea (I am from Vancouver, so naturally I'm a bubble tea lover) but ever since I've moved to America it's been really hard to find GOOD authentic bubble tea, and I have to say, they have THE best milk tea boba I've had in America...ever.
I have not tried their shaved ice (snow) yet, but I am excited to try it next time I come. I'm so pleased I've found this place and I highly recommend it to anyone who is tired of having mediocre boba with mediocre or even bad service.
The price is a little steep, but I honestly don't mind paying it here because it is worth it for the quality drinks that you get. Overall, I give Tea, Snow & Coffee a well-deserved 5 star rating.
