Summer 2017 Review: I tried Jacksons again. It's improving. My vehicle is getting properly cleaned more often than it used to with less hovering at the end of the detail area.
Sadly, I still have to point out things that were missed at least 75% of the time. Some of the missed areas are minor or insignificant. Conspicuously dirty areas, grime, smudges or dead bug splatter should have been evident and resolved before calling me to drive off.
Heads Up: The electronics that control the extra wax & protectants you've paid for are not reliable... Or, perhaps its human error at the control panel.
I have to pay attention to the colored lights as my vehicle passes under the relevant area of the wash bay. I have caught multiple issues with the wax and/or protectants not being applied. (I even have the cashier look too, since I though I might be missing something.)
I'd say give Jacksons a try, pay attention and you'll be golden. They always bend over backwards to resolve anything they may have missed.
Spring 2017 Review: Save your money and skip trying Jacksons. I gave them three chances this month alone and they can't seem to wipe a car down properly, inside or out.
