Big box stores will not last if they don't get there stuff together and focus on customer service. Today Will be the last time I shop at toys r us. Went in to buy a bike for my daughters fifth birthday. Not only did no one ask if we needed any assistance, when I finally track someone down they seemed to be inconvenienced when I had some questions. Long story short we decided on a bike wheeled it up to the front and on the way I noticed that the bikes graphics were damaged. When I ask the employee if they had another bike they fired back with "yeah but it will take about a week to build". I said well can you call another toys r us and see if they have a built bike. Employees reply "I guess or you can just exchange it" ......... I was at a loss for words. Not only had I not purchased the bike yet I was having to suggest to the employee ways to provide some form of customer service.
