  • The consultation was the worst!! I was always unhappy with the way that my breast looked. I finally got to a point where I decided that I would consider plastic surgery. I did my own "online" research, and I figured out exactly what I wanted/needed. (I wanted a breast lift with augmentation) (I did my own research on all the procedures, and on the plastic surgeons in the Las Vegas area) months in advance before I finally decided to set up a consultation. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted. I hate to admit it but I narrowed it down to three surgeons based "mainly" on their reviews. (I know, I can't believe myself, lol) Miller, was one of the three surgeons that I decided to have a consultation. He was the first one that I arranged to meet first, (It was based on all three surgeon's availability to consult) Anyways, my first impression of him was not great at all. Upon entering his office, I saw him behind the counter finishing up his meal while I then was walked over into a room. I spoke to the "nurse/assistant" for a few minutes, then Dr. Miller entered the room while wiping his hands on his pants, I assumed from the meal he was just having. I did not find that "very professional" at all. Anyways, the "consultation" started. He checked my breast, and he told me what he thought that I needed, which was just a breast lift. I then told him that I wanted a breast lift with aug, to have the top fullness that I desired. He "talked" me out of it, and told me that all I needed was just a breast lift, and that I could have the surgery done within the next two weeks, and that recovery was "easy" and then gave me a price. He mentioned that his patients would be done with recovery within a few days. His demeanor seemed "very sleazy" to me. He did not make me feel comfortable! I then told him that I still needed to talk to two other surgeons. He asked the names of them, and then talked bad about one of them while saying good things of the other. (Funny, because the surgeon that he said good things of, is the one that I actually moved forward with, and he was right!! The other surgeon was/is great) Anyways, I am not sure how good of a surgeon Dr. Miller is, but from my first impression of him, he did not make me feel comfortable. He seemed sleazy, rushed the consultation, pushed his own opinion of what "he thought" that I needed versus listening to what I wanted as well. Overall, he just gave me a bad impression.
