  • I had a water damage to my property from a burst pipe after coming home from a long day at work- a pool was in my downstairs from upstairs. My home was flooded my home was ruined, my furniture and personal belongings were destroyed,.i remember seeing this company's vans all over the valley so I called them. They responded within 30 minutes and the technician Rudy was beyond professional and above all Courteous and knowledgeable . After he assessed the damage he explained in detail the insurance process and how that works, even helped file my claim which made my stress level go down 100%. It made everything so much easier and he dealt with my insurance company so professionally. They came into my home removed all the water damage and helped address my belongings with my insurance. After they were done I would call into the office and deal with eddy because they stored a lot of my belongings that could be saved in there warehouse, eddy, is also beyond professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well. My home looks better than it did before the water damage and that is the goal they said they would complete and DryTech kept there word and more. I would highly recommend this company for all your emergency needs and services. Thank you Rudy and thank you eddy you guys are masters of your work!!!
