Found the Prime on Yelp. Decided to give it a try. From the outside it doesn't look like much. Inside it has plenty of table and if you're looking for a restaurant that has lots of gold gilt and dragons then the prime is not for you. It IS though the place for good Chinese cuisine. Prices are reasonable. The server (owner's wife) is very soft spoken and pleasant. I found her quite interesting to talk to. The walls of the restaurant are decorated with very nice art work of a subtle nature and very nice.
Since we've discovered the Prime, we've been back twice and intend to become steady customers. I forgot to mention that this is a "mom and pop" restaurant which means a lot to me.
In addition to excellent Chinese food, the prices are quite reasonable. If your favorite food is not listed on the menu, fear not, they can make it. I happen to like a soup with the unchinese sounding name of Westlake. While not listed on the menu they can make it and it's good.
