  • Do not waste your time going to this smoke shop. Go to the hundreds of other smoke shops in Las Vegas. The merchandise is more expensive compared to other places and it's nothing special. You will receive the worst customer service you will ever experience. I came in here with my friends and we kept being asked by the guy working if we needed help and every time we politely said no and then he just said "okay then you can leave." I have never received such disrespectful and rude customer service. We were not even in there for longer than 5 minutes. We weren't loud or disrespectful at all. I was planning on buying some incense from there but we were kicked out for no good reason before I could. There was also no one else in the store and I'm not surprised because this place is shit. Nothing high class about it. UPDATE: In reply to your comment, I did in fact go to the incense section, picked a couple of them up to smell them, but put them back because I was still browsing. My friend never said that Ali was nice. She said that he "seemed nice at first" meaning we thought so at first and then realized he was extremely rude. There was nothing that "happened all of the sudden" to make him treat us like that. We were not loud or obnoxious at all and we were being respectful of the merchandise. I don't care if he has gotten good reviews on google before, he treated US disrespectfully and I'm giving MY honest review and experience.
