  • Beautiful facility, exactly what Charlotte needed!! Love this location is the experience similair to newer facilities TX. Great concierge, food - quesadilla & wings were good and the price structure was on point. Plenty of parking including a valet option. Only feedback I have for management is about the tall tables that are behind each couch. They need to bolted to the floor. We didn't realize the height of them and closeness to the couch. I sat down and hit my head pretty damn hard (headache worthy). Apparently the next table over did as well. Since the tables aren't taller than the average height of person sitting in front of it, causes easy issue. Until they fix it, just push it back into the isle, so its not a buzz kill.
