  • Recently got into an accident which damaged my wheel and brakes on driver side.. took it to big o tireS to have a look at it. Of course they tried to sale us more then what we needed & they really did not want us to go through our insurance.. long story short.. glad my car was fixed right but not at all happy with the service. He ended up taking it upon himself to add things he felt "needed to be fixed" anyway we won't be back because of customer service alone.
