  • Three weeks ago today ( Mar 17 2018 ) the Star terminated it's great column "Ethically Speaking" which had been running for 13 years written by Ken Gallinger,. They did so with no notice to his readers or to Ken who was told only that they were cost cutting. I have been a 7 day subscriber to the Star for over 10 years and have always looked forward to the column and it's unique content. I feel at this point there is very little reason remaining to subscribe - unless you enjoy hopelessly left wing commentary. I am not affiliated with Ken or any newspaper - I simply enjoyed his viewpoints and advice.
