  • This spa is getting a ZERO star rating from me. This is by far the worst Massage Envy ever! 30 min before my scheduled massage, they call me up to tell me that my therapist only had a hour available as they screwed up on the scheduling so now my 90 minute massage will need to be shortened by 30 min. I called the spa back and they could not correct their mistake so not only do I get penalized but so does my wife and her therapist for their mistake! I can see if this happens once in a while but this has happened several times. Many of their therapists are brand new, high turnover so by the time you find a therapist you like, they leave! Completely unacceptable so buyer beware with this clinic, you are not getting what you pay for! Take your business elsewhere!
