rev:text	To start with the rent, this place isn't cheap; in fact they charge way more than what they deserve. The appliances are old which results in high electricity bill.The kitchen cabinets are of low quality and the appliances make a lot of noise since they are old. Pests seem to be a common problem here since I have seen the pest control people in the very often. There have been incidents of theft and the complaints are not taken seriously by the management. The residents do not know where to throw garbage, you will find cans and leftover food packets lying around many times. Some renovation was needed near my parking space and they blocked the area for 3 months but never did anything about it. I had trouble with parking since the area was blocked; despite several complaints nothing was done and later the area was unblocked without doing any renovation. Why did they trouble me for 3 months if they eventually did not want to do anything ? You will be amazed (not in a good way) by their move out bill. It seems as if they charge you for the entire renovation so that they can lease out the apartment to someone else and then squeeze a huge cheque from someone else too. And to add to it, they do not have the record of the complaints and maintenance activities performed in your apartment. While moving out they charge you for the things you complained about and even got fixed almost a year back but they ask you to pay since they do not have the record. So you pay hundreds of dollars for their mistake of not keeping the record. And there a lot of other problems that you will face in this apartment on a daily basis. This place is a complete waste of money, throw your money in a river or burn it but DO NOT pay to stay here. Stay in this apartment only if do not have enough problems of your own and you need some more. I am relieved that I moved out of here.
