  • If I could give progressive negative stars I would. They dropped me from their policy because I got my address one number off because I signed up for snapshot that THEIR agent talked me into it. And I changed my address as soon I realized it was wrong. ONE NUMBER WRONG AND IM BEING DROPPED. And when I wanted a new policy was refused. If that's the case every agent should be informing the customers of the 30 day no mistake policy when you first open your policy. Sneaky snakes lol. Terrible customer service, the lady was rude and I expect a full refund. Fuck you progressive
