  • I've never wrote a Yelp review before until I went to this place. That's how furious I am with the service. For the record most of this will be about the man at the front desk, the women that my friends had for pedicure and gel manicure were nothing but good. So 3 friends and I walk in on a Friday afternoon and they are moderately busy. Not that bad. 3 of us wanted a full set, and one wanted a gel manicure and pedicure. He said it would be 30 minutes tops. The one with gel and pedi got in after about 15 minutes. Then after about 45 minutes and him seating 3 girls before us who didn't have appointments, he tells my friend it will only be a little longer. Then I ask about 5 minutes later and he says it'll be at least 30 minutes. Then he says you can make an appointment for tomorrow but we might be busy. WTF?! Are you serious? He was so insincere and rude. Also when we were there, he tried to charge a girl $80 for a fill and pedicure. That's ridiculous. He needs to be fired or not put at the front desk. Then as we're leaving he asks do you wanna make an appointment for next week? "Sorry you don't want to stay and wait but that's your choice." This guy is literally horrible to have at the front desk and he needs to be fired. If he's the manager, he's a horrible one. Everyone else was pleasant and did good work.
