I have had my patio heater for about a year. I called Az Patio Heaters and they told me to email my receipt to the warranty department and explain what was going on with my heater. In less than 24 hours I received a call back from them and they walked me through finding out what the issue was. After finding out that it was a faulty safety switch they are replacing the switch for free. I would definitely buy another heater from them. They have great customer service!
