  • We decided to have Texas BBQ prepare the food for our work team Holiday Party. We figured it would be good but had no previous experience. All I can say is WOW!!! Every aspect of the meal was incredible. The folks on the other end of the phone were helpful, pleasant, and knew their product! They gave us a "smokin' deal" (no pun intended). The delivery and set up was right on time to the minute. We had not even expected delivery. The food was amazing! Everyone raved. The brisket was tender, juicy, and flavorful. It fell apart when the fork touched it. The pork loin was moist and succulent. The smoke was sweet and not harsh or overpowering. All of the sides; cowboy beans, slaw, and potato salad were fresh and homemade with just the right kick. Also featured was one of the best BBQ sauces I have had to date. I am a former professional chef/caterer, working in education. Believe me, I would not take the time to write this glowing review unless all of the components lined up right: promises kept, food well prepared; clean, ample, and delicious, and great value! Bravo Texas BBQ!! You have not heard the last of me!
