  • I gave this salon two stars only because it appeared to be clean and I liked the products they use. The customer service was terrible from the start. I stood at the counter waiting for a good 5 minutes before one of the 4 employees standing behind the counter asked my name to check me in. I picked a color and waited for my nail tech. As I was waiting an argument started between one of the nail techs and one of the receptionists just a few feet away from me, so awkward and uncomfortable!! I did not get the name of my nail tech. She rushed through my mani and pedi so fast I didn't get a chance to ask her name and when she wasn't on her cell phone she was busy taking breaks to speak to her coworkers. The quality of work was not there. I chose a light color so I requested 3 coats of polish. She gave me 3 thick coats which caused ripples and waves on my nail bed once finished. The only time she spoke or smiled was when her boss was walking by and when it was time for me to tip her. The most frustrating thing when you pay for someone to do your nails is having to go home and file them. I got home an hr ago and I am still filing them. I will not be returning to this salon.
