  • Worst experience to date. Got here and am supposed to listen to an annual owners meeting except they didn't schedule one and the front desk clerk told me I'd have to wait around until they could fit me in. Why am I having to plan my trip around their inability to do their job? Get to our room and the phones don't work. So the whole calling down to the front desk because our toilet had piss on the seat, floor, and in it and wouldn't flush I got to do from my cell. At 12:20 am, yes 20 minutes after midnight maintenance came and fixed the toilet but couldn't fix the phones. The maintenance guy was nice and the only one that seemed capable of doing the job he was hired for. Don't waste your time here.
