  • Horrible and/or non-existent customer service. They will get right back to you with a price, but will not get back to you at all after they have charged your credit card twice without shipping the product out. I have left more than 5 voicemails and even more emails with no reply to address this problem. You get what you pay for... It's worth paying a little more to find a company who cares about its clients. I would not recommend Custom Graphix Signworks to anyone.
