  • FANTASTIC level of service!!! The best I have seen in my 17 years in Arizona!! Major leak in rental home early this morning, Called Scott (owner) at 7:30 a.m. and by 10:00 a,m. he had a plumber to the house. Received a text confirming the plumber was on his way and also an email with the picture of the plumber, confirmation of the property for the repair and notification he was on his way. Diagnosed the water leak as irrigation leak so I called my landscaper to fix the problem as plumbing service was not needed. No cost for the evaluation by EZ Flow Plumbing or service call!!! Also received an estimate and reason for leak emailed to me by the plumber within 10 minutes after the service call. EZ Flow surely understands how to service a customer. Will definitely call them again. Thank you Scott for your awesome help today. Geri
