  • Ashley and her team have been the most astounding individuals I've worked with for a long time in the terms of property management. We have been renting from them for over a year out in Henderson and have had all complaints fixed in a timely manner. Not everything can go right and people often get pissed off if they are not handled right away, but this is something that happens. I can't say I've ever had an issue that last more than a day or two and even then I was kept in constant contact with the company and maintenence that came to the house. So should you use Black & Cherry for your housing needs? Yeah, why not? I've been super impressed with the service I've received and I don't think it could've been handled better by anyone else. If I ever decide to settle down and actually buy a house, I know who I'll turn to. So good on you, Black & Cherry!
