rev:text	Got a flat tire the night before and came into this location in the morning with my donut on since it was the closest to where I pulled over. I come in and let them know what happened, I had these tires for a little over a year and have warranty. I expected to use my warranty on the tire since I had a flat, no biggie since it was expect to be patched up or replaced. I wait 15 minutes for them to tell me they can't patch it up and that I'd need to go to the location I purchased them from and use the warranty. The location I purchased the tires from was the one on Val Vista and Baseline. I drive cautiously with the donut that actually has a slight leak on my car from Crismon/Baseline to the Val Vista/Baseline location. I get to the store that I purchased my tires from originally and explained to them that I had a flat and that I was told from this location that I had to come to their store to use my warranty. The man working here gave me a funny look and replies, "What's the point of nationwide coverage if they can't replace it?" He then proceeded to ask to look at the tire since if they couldn't do it themselves, who knows if I even needed to replace my tire. Within 5 minutes, I found out that my valve stem was missing from the tire. No hole, no patch or replacement needed. Horrible that this location lied to me and made me drive such a distance with a DONUT on my car when they could've done it or not have lied to me when there was nothing wrong except a minor thing to begin with! Never coming to this location again.
