| - Today was my FIRST AND LAST day taking my dog and cat here. I moved from Southern Highlands to this side of town, so I decided to take them here instead. They were rated 4.6 stars out of 5 on Google, so naturally I thought they were great. I called prior to bringing them in b/c I had questions. I asked about a spa day and what it included, they said, "$50". I felt that was a little steep, but it seemed to include everything, ear cleaning, expressing, teeth cleaning, etc., so I agreed. I bought brand new toothbrushes and toothpaste and brought them in. I confirmed with the girls at the front desk in the morning that I brought their toothbrushes. They put me in the room, the girls came in and I gave them the bag with the UNOPENED toothpaste and confirmed that their teeth would be brushed. I received a call a couple hours later stating that they were ready. I paid for everything and then they brought them out. I said, "Can I have their toothbrushes and toothpaste back?" The girl looked confused. She goes in the back, brings the bag out. Then I noticed that there was no towel in my cats carrier, I asked where the towel was, they said, "There was no towel". I told them that was untrue, there was a towel, so she went back to check. Then I looked in the bag and noticed that the toothbrush packaging appeared to be unopened, at which point I unscrewed the cap and found that indeed it was still sealed. I closed everything back up and the girl came back out and I said, "Am I to believe that my pets teeth were brushed? " at which point she replied, "Yes", at which point I showed her the unsealed toothpaste. Having been caught in a LIE, they brought Dr. Bivins out to "explain" what a spa treatment included and what it didn't include. A $50 SPA TREATMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE BRUSHING THEIR TEETH, is what he told me! Wow! I said that maybe he should inform his associates about that because 5 WORKERS TOLD ME THAT IT WAS INCLUDED! Not to mention the LIE when they told me that they did brush their teeth. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS, THEY LIE AND OVERCHARGE! How will you know if they TRULY ARE BRUSHING YOUR PET'S TEETH? Unless the toothpaste is sealed, you will NOT know. I will NEVER go back and advise you not to either! Your pets deserve better! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
