  • I've been to various locations Chapters countless times, but I have never used the self-service kiosk except for to check availability. What I learned during my most recent visit (thanks to a salesperson with formidable skills and knowledge) was that you can use the self-service kiosk to find where books are located inside the store. After you found the title in the system, there is an option to print out the ticket. The ticket includes the section where the book is located and even a mini-image of the cover to help you identify the book with ease. I was able to find all the titles I was looking for in various sections in less than 10 minutes before closing time. These people know how to help a customer.
