I really wish there was an option for NO STARS! The absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I called to cancel a membership because it was coming up on the end of the contract. I was told I still had 3 more months, even though I explained in detail to the VERY unfriendly young lady I was talking to. I had bank statement proof for all the months they had been taking out the monthly payments...but her records said something else. She couldn't explain where my money went on the months the bank debited it but they didn't show it on their end. There was no...I'll look into it; I'll follow up with the accounting office; let me transfer you to someone who can find out...NOTHING! Pretty much just that I was screwed out of that money...but I could always pay the cancellation fee if I wasn't happy. She was borderline rude and made me feel like I was interrupting her time...even though this was HER JOB!
I can't wait to be done for good with LVAC!!
