  • The girl who took our order was really nice but for the drink ordered wrong. The girl who was making the drink (her nametag read "Aloha Chris") got uppity when we said the order was wrong. She said it would be a .60 up charge - which is fine, but her attitude is what bothered me. Chris called the cashier out loudly saying "who took this order". Chris then said to her co-worker "I'm getting really frustrated" referencing the cashier. This Starbucks needs some customer service training.
