The only thing that could be improved upon would be to be able to select a female driver if you're a single female rider to feel safer. Not that I've felt unsafe, but I'd prefer not having my driver "look me over" which happened in one instance. Comparing Lyft to Uber, I'd say that I got a better experience with Lyft in almost all instances. The 4.2 mile ride from my home to my workplace (not on the strip) cost me $11 with Uber and $8.49 with Lyft. On the strip, from the Fashion Show Mall to the Palace Station (a mere 10 minute ride) our Uber cost $19.50, and got 4 stars as a driver but was incredibly rude, telling us because he noted we had been drinking that we "better not throw up because this is a new car". Lyft would have cost $16. Should have taken Lyft.
