  • Where to start. Seriously the worst experience ever trying to get my fiancé's post surgery medication. After her sister dropped off the prescription they made her wait 30 min only to not have it ready. Then, I called to confirm if the medicine was ready they stated yes that she would need to come for it with an ID. Keep in mind this is literally post surgery. I stated she cannot go but if I was able to pick up for her they said yes but to bring an ID. At this point I felt comfortable enough to run for the medication and leaving my fiancé alone for 10-15 min. Here is where it gets better... I get there and now not only am I not able to get the medication with my ID they stated we lied and I am a different person then the person dropped it off. They said I have to come back with the patients ID this time. I really don't have the patience's for this so I rush back home to check on my fiancé and grab her ID. I get back to CVS and they still make me wait another 15-20 min!!! Like what where you doing? I'm not impatient but come on.
