  • I've been going to Dr. Kroll for a very long time and will continue. The office staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. My wait time was about 15 minutes. Dr. Kroll treats you as if you've been friends forever. He is very thorough and takes time to explain your "eye health" to you. When choosing my frames, the staff is great. This time, Emily helped me. She was wonderful, she let me know the price range of the frame shelves which I appreciated, helped me select frames with honest feedback, she let me know what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket would be. She also knew when I just needed time to try on frames and be left alone. Definitely deserving 5 stars.
