One star is too much! This company is a Disaster! My flood happened on APRIL 29, 2015. Adams was there that evening with all of their dryers - for a week! I had less then 2" of water. They humidifier they brought in started to leak! The representative told me just to unplug it. Two days later they finally came to remove that equipment. My bathroom walls were all cut 4' high and the flooring in the bathroom and hallway was removed down to the cement foundation. My house sat in this condition for over a month, after numerous unanswered calls/messages from me, they sent a representative out on MEMORIAL DAY! They sent me an invoice for well over $1,800 - for the dry-out process.
Jump ahead to SEPTEMBER, 2015 - calls and messages to finish my work still going unanswered; yet they are calling me to get paid for work that they did. I finally demanded a representative come out to do a walk through and show me that work that was complete for the $1,800 + they are trying collect from me. Needless to say, Byron stated that I only owed them $217.71. Yet, still in JANUARY of 2016 they are calling me trying to collect the full amount for work that had to be finished by another contractor.
I have filed a complaint with the contractors board!
NEVER, EVER, EVEN IF ITS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR AVAILABLE - DO NOT USE ADAMS DISASTER AND RESTORATION. DO THE WORK YOUR SELF!!!
