Very rude and condescending, Brenda should be ashamed taking anyone's money for such a lack of how to talk to people, especially a first time customer! She'll never see another $ from me!!!! She also wasn't pet friendly AT ALL!!!!! Obviously she isn't happy with her occupation!!! Maybe take the mobile grooming unit on a vacation and learn how to deliver some "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!!
