  • Been a member for 7 months now. I have the unlimited membership $149 a month. The reason why I gave this place a 2 star is because I do love the workout and the instructor there but.... this place is a rip off when you signed up they will tell you when you get the unlimited membership after 6 months of your membership you can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice. I called them and this after the took out the last payment of 149 for my membership called them the next day and told them that I wanted to cancel and I know that I need 30 days to give notice. And the lady thay I talked to over the phone told me that I have til Sept 14 to come down and cxl and everything is good i just need to sign a paperwork for the cancellation. Sept 11 I came in to just to sign the paperwork now the lady said i cant cxl i have to downgrade for 2 months $60 a month and I can cxl then i told her that was not the info that was given to me when i signed up. But anyway I didnt argue anymore so i signed and said I want to make sure that you guys do not take $149 for the next month i want to make sure only the $60 is gonna be taken out of my account. Lord and behold Sept 13 i lost my wallet so I had to cxl my credit cards then today i received an email that the $149 did not go through when theyre supposed to only take out $60. For some reason i was glad the my credit card was lost. Oh and I forgot the lady told me that Im only a member for 4 months but they took out 6 payments of $149. Love the instructor though. Just unfortunate that the rip off people.
