This agency is nothing but a sham! They offer no assistance whether its after hours or office hours. You will call & be placed on hold for long periods of time only to be hung up on. You will call the after hours line because their office hours are the same as most work hours & they will only direct you to your local office, if they even find you in the system! They obligatorily offer only automatic payment deductions & will overcharge you right underneath your nose! They will unexplainably increase your payments without proper notice & when you do reach someone on the phone they will lie & say you never called & the previous agent you did talk to did not quote amounts stated during that call, which is why they purposely avoid charting conversations with costumers so that they can say "oh that was never said!" & not have to do what they say they are going to do. If that isnt enough, there is a person by the name of Angela Siddel of the above location that will give you nothing but attitde over the phone! This agency is not about costumer service by any means! All they care about is their premiums! This is my last month with them & I am switching over to Progressive! Charging me $173 for 2 cars/life/rental & statefarm is charging me $241 for the same from just $222 3 months ago! I have had the misfortune to be a statefarm customer for 2 years ever since relocating to the west coast. Before that I had nationwide for the past 14 years without any issues what so ever! The only reason I did not stay with them is ironically statefarm was less expensive @ the time of my move! However, I still remain a customer for my Homeowners insurance & will remain so! BYe BYE statefamr & good riddance! Hope this helps anyone in the market for insurance!!!
