  • Zero stars are what this company deserves. All other locations except Arizona have been closed and liquidated. Customer service doesn't exist here. Paid $1100 for reclining sofa and also paid for extended warranty. ONE WEEK after the warranty expired the leather started splitting. NO ONE EVEN SITS ON THAT SIDE OF THE COUCH!! They won't fix it and now it's virtually worthless. I'm sorry I ever walked into that store and never will again. Ever. DONT BUY FROM THEM as obviously they are down to only a few stores. This probably isn't even real leather. So sad cuz this was a gift - an expensive one. ZERO STARS. Also had problems with order, delivery, bitchy customer service people.
