  • I have had nothing but good experiences at the Apple Store. When I last brought my Mac in for a display issue the Genius helping me noticed a few other issues that he made sure to add to the service list. Then when my Mac was sent in for service they noticed a few other things that needed to addressed and fixed them all under Apple Care extended warranty. They could have just addressed the main issue I brought the Mac in for but made sure to cover issues they saw that I didn't even know were an issue.
